“E Au Le Iga'ilau A Tama'itai” is a Samoan saying that translates to "women always accomplish."

This event is an interactive leadership training program open to all, but is focused on the histories, experiences, and identities of Pacific Islander womxn. Participants will be asked asked to challenge themselves, share their experiences, and develop leadership tools in order to effectively serve as catalysts for change in their communities and beyond.

Keeping in mind that cultural influences and gender roles impact our leadership styles as well as our everyday lives, our mission is to elevate, engage, and empower Pacific Islander womxn through this unique opportunity for leadership development.
