Professional Leadership Development Speaker Recommendation

We are looking for energetic and passionate speakers to deliver keynote addresses and or to participate on our panels for Professional Leadership Development (PLD) programs. Help us in identifying powerful Asian Pacific American (APA) speakers to give back to the community.  The PLD audiences are APA working professionals interested in moving their career forward and recent college graduates looking for guidance. 

Professional Leadership Programs include:

Launched in 2009, B3: Build, Breakthrough & Believe is a professional and leadership development program for aspiring Asian Pacific American (APA) professionals interested in taking their personal and professional goals to the next level through leadership development and networking. Providing relevant professional development, peer networking and mentoring to aspiring APA professionals. Build, Breakthrough, Believe is the three-word mantra of the B3 program and are used as building blocks for the event agenda. Workshops and seminar topics range from personal branding to corporate success tactics and strategies.
The OCA Mentoring Asian American Professionals program, with the generous sponsorship of UPS, will cultivate the next generation of Asian American professional leaders through mentoring, skills building, and networking. The program pairs Asian American professionals with experienced leaders in their field. As part of the mentoring process, participants will create a personal strategic plan allowing them to identify ways to achieve their professional as well as personal goals.
