Washington, D.C. – OCA, a national organization dedicated to advancing the social, political and economic well-being of Asian Pacific Americans (APAs), is pleased to announce the 10 winners of the AXA Achievementsm Scholarship.
The scholarship awards $2,000 to APA students who will be entering their first year of college in the fall.
