The National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Awards is the only national program of its kind to recognize corporate achievement and service to the community among APA corporate employees. The awards also include recognition to one recipient for Community Service.

The nominees for the 2008 National Asian Pacific American Corporate Achievement Awards are:
Henry Shay has been part of the Avon team for 28 years. He is currently Senior Manager at Avon U.S. and is in charge of the Sales Trending operations.
Iris S. Chan is currently the Executive Vice President and Group Head of Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Group. She has been with Wells Fargo since 1987.
Jayanthi Iyengar joined Chrysler team in 1997. She is the Senior Manager of the Hybrid technology since 1995.
Lisa Wallace is currently the Product Marketing Manager for UPS Ocean Freight Services. She has been with UPS since 2006.
Robert Yi has been with State Farm since 1988. He currently serves as Operations Vice President at State Farm’s corporate headquarters.
Sharron Moss-Higham is currently Vice President, North America Procurement for Kraft Foods. She has been with Kraft Foods for 25 years.
Sylvia Y. von Bostel is the Corporate Director for Government Affairs at Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. She has been with the firm for 29 years.
Ted Haoquan Chu is the Director of General Motors Corporation’s Global Economic and Industry Analysis. He joined GM in 1996.
Vivek Lall was appointed Vice President and Country Head, Integrated Defense Systems for The Boeing Company in May 2007.
Zarina Lam Stanford is the Director of Product Marketing at IBM. She joined IBM in 1998.
