ARTICLE I. ORGANIZATION

1.1       The name of the organization is the Organization of Chinese Americans, Inc. (“OCA”).

1.2       The principal office of OCA (“National Office”) shall be located in a city designated by the National Board of Directors (“National Board”).

1.3.      OCA is a non-profit and non-stock corporation organized under the laws of the District of Columbia.  OCA shall only engage in activities consistent with section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code as it may be amended from time to time.
