OCA is pleased to bring the Mentoring Asian American Professionals program to the Greater Washington, DC Area! MAAP, brought to you by the OCA/UPS Mentorship Initiative, is a three month program that pairs Asian American professionals with experienced leaders in their fields. As part of the mentoring process, participants will create a personal strategic plan to identify ways to achieve their personal and professional goals. MAAP includes four 1:1 mentoring meetings and three group convenings.

Participants in the MAAP program will learn about:

+ Communication and Negotiation
+ Collaborative Decision Making
+ Leadership 
+ How to build a mentoring relationship
