To honor and celebrate Fort Bend County's multi-ethnic diversity, our non-profit organization, The International Festival of Fort Bend (IFFB) is excited to host the very first International Festival in Fort Bend County. The Festival is co-sponsored by the City of Stafford, City of Missouri City, Sugar Creek Baptist Church and supported by County, City and State officials.

To honor and celebrate Fort Bend County's multi-ethnic diversity, our non-profit organization, The International Festival of Fort Bend (IFFB) is excited to host the very first International Festival in Fort Bend County. The Festival is co-sponsored by the City of Stafford, City of Missouri City, Sugar Creek Baptist Church and supported by County, City and State officials.
Several ethnic communities such as Chinese, Filipino, Nigerian, German, Italian, Persian, Indian, Pakistani, Thai, Serbian, Vietnamese, Hispanic, African-American and many more groups are enthusiastically getting involved in the 2007 IFFB.
This event is first of its kind in Fort Bend County and all  ethnic groups are invited to participate to make the Festival a joyful event for the Fort Bend County community!The 2007 International Festival of Fort Bend will be held from 12 noon - 7p.m. on Sunday, 21st Oct. 2007 at the Stafford Center, the only state-of-the art performing arts theatre and convention center in Fort Bend County. Admission will be free for the event.

The Festival will be a high energy fun-filled day event beginning with the National Anthem and a costume parade followed by opening remarks by city officials. The Festival will then stage various upbeat cultural performances presented by young talented performers from the many different ethnic groups that represent Fort Bend County's diverse population. A variety of food, arts/crafts and festive games will be available at the event. The event will conclude with an International costume show, participation award presentations, and Vote of Thanks.


This is an indoor event and admission is FREE!
